It is time for another Transfer...... So for transfers I am staying in Manchester and receiving Sister Smith. Hermana Schmit is going to the Buena Vista Branch in Hermitage. I am so sad to be losing Hermana Schmit, I really enjoyed my time with her, we got a lot done in these last two transfers together and really pushed each other to be better every day. The great part is that I know that she and I will be friends for life and she is also going to BYU or UVU after her mission, so we will see each other a lot and we still plan on killing everyone in volleyball when we get home too, haha.
I have also been called to be a Sister Trainer Leader (haha it is a mouthful to say, we just say sister zone leader) my companion is also an STL. I am pretty excited to do this calling because I really enjoy giving trainings, so I am excited to do trainings at Zone conferences. It will also be fun to go to MLC (mission leader council) as well. I hope I can really help the sisters of this mission, I want to help all the sisters know how amazing they truly are. I also want the sisters to know that they can still be themselves and enjoy their mission. A lot of sisters can be fun suckers because they try too hard to be perfect, and then they end up becoming depressed, that is not okay by me. I don't do well with the whole pity party attitude. I hope that I can bring some joy into the sister's missionary work and teach them how to make the mission fun and enjoyable.
This last week we had a mission Christmas conference and we did a big white elephant gift exchange. We also did a scarf exchange with the sisters and the elders did a tie exchange.
Everything in Manchester is going great, our investigators are progressing and we are also getting close to making a branch in Manchester :) I love the people and I have felt such a love and passion for the work this last week. I would not choose to be anywhere else, but here this Christmas season. I am so grateful for our savior Jesus Christ, and I can testify that I know He lives. I feel so blessed this Christmas because I get the opportunity to share the message of our Savior with others!!! IT IS PRETTY DANG AWESOME.
I love you guys and I keep all yall in my nightly prayers. I pray for your safety and that God will bless each of you with missionary opportunity's.
Love
Hermana Ayre
God Bless
