Hello Family!!
It has been another great week in Lebanon! Sister Knecht and I are still teaching a lot of lessons. We absolutely love all of our investigators! We have been blessed with a really good pool of people to teach, we have a group of about 10-13 Hispanics and most of them are young families with lots of kids :) I just love getting to teach families with little kids in them!
On Saturday, Hermana Idso was transferred to another trio. She was really sad to go and we were sad to have her leave. On her birthday last Tuesday we dyed her hair and gave her a makeover, she looked great, and then a member waxed all of our eyebrows! She shared with us that it was the best birthday she ever had! The last birthday she had, she was at one of her friends funerals, so it was a bitter sweet day for her!
I just love being here in TN! I am sooooooo excited for Amanda to serve in your mission! She is going to love serving a mission and I know that she will be an amazing missionary!! I am also excited for Amanda to Graduate!!! So much fun, I really do feel as if I graduated just yesterday, haha.
This week we had an awesome last lesson with Mckayla, she is pretty incredible for an 11 year old! We also asked Makayla's step father Adam how he feels about baptism and he said that he knows he will get baptized, but he is just not sure of when yet! We really love that family!
Margarita, one of our Spanish group members, holds free Zumba classes at the church every week for our investigators and this week we had 9 non-members there and 5 of them are progressing investigators. It is really nice to have those classes because it gets our investigators in the church building in a non threatening environment where they can meet and make friends with the members of the ward and then they feel more comfortable coming to church! We are also able to do church tours with them when they come to Zumba classes!
I love y'all sooooo much, thanks for your continuing support it helps a lot!
Love,
Hermana Ayre
